1. Services

Record Council provides property records assistance and transaction documentation help. These services include title searches, document preparation, and review of official records.

2. Digital Products

We offer digital guides and templates related to property documentation.

3. Physical Goods

This includes printed copies of forms and related materials.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may reschedule or transfer their session if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or after work has begun, are not eligible for a refund. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4.2 Digital Products

Requests for a full refund may be made within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded. Submit your request via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unused items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Shipped items must arrive in original condition and packaging. To arrange shipment back, contact us via Contact Us to receive a shipping label. Refunds will be issued after inspection of the items. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.

5. No Refund Cases

Cancellations after services have commenced or requests made beyond the specified periods are not eligible. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these terms.
